Refund policy

We generally don't do refunds. We're not Amazon. We're two real people who run a brick & mortar shop. That said, if there's anything at all wrong with your order - get in touch and we'll 100% make sure we fix it.

Exchanges are welcome within 14 days if the item is unworn, unwashed and retains the original tags and/or packaging.

Some items are not eligible for exchanges: custom items, underwear and sale items are final sale.

Please contact us at monsterartandclothing@gmail.com with your order number to confirm that you are within the exchange window and we'll give you instructions for exchanging your item.

Customer is responsible for shipping fees to return item and also $4 additional shipping to any US destination.
