Books & Bottles: Holiday Wine Tasting for Book Lovers

Looking for some bookish fun this holiday season - join Swoon City and Hightower Cellars for a wine and book pairing event. This is your opportunity to not only shop local, but sip local. Hightower Cellars has been making wine in Washington for almost 30 years, and are known for their thoughtful blends. 

The event will include six wine tastings of Hightower wines, each paired with a Romance Book that gives the same vibes. We'll quiz you on your bookish instincts, have a bit of trivia, and a raffle. As you taste your way through these delicious wines you can also find delicious pairings in your favorite romance books (or earring pairs!). 

The wines Hightower will be pouring are: 

• Semillon
• Sauvignon  Blanc
• Murray Red
• Murray Syrah
• Malbec
• Out of line

This event will take place at Swoon City. Our address is 1716 NW Market Street, Seattle, WA 98107. It's at the intersection of 17th and NW Market Street - kitty corner from Mighty-O Donuts.

If you cannot attend the event for any reason, we will offer store credit for your ticket purchase up to 48 hrs before the event. After that no credit will be issued out of respect to our organizers who need budget the amount of wine and other supplies.
