Learn the basics of needle felting in this two hour introductory workshop. Students will gain an understanding about the history and traditions of needle felting while creating a felted ornament or two. This class is perfect for beginners and experienced felters alike. Students will leave the class with a finished project in hand that is perfect for gifting or decorating your home this holiday season. All materials will be provided by the instructor.

This class will take place at Monster. Our address is 1716 NW Market Street, Seattle, WA 98107. It's at the intersection of 17th and NW Market Street - kitty corner from Mighty-O Donuts.
Attendees receive 20% off same day purchases at Monster - excluding gift cards, original art & class tickets.
If you cannot attend class for any reason, we will offer an exchange to another class currently on our schedule up to 48 hours before the class. After that time, no refunds or exchanges are issued out of respect for our teachers who purchase and prepare supplies based on the number of attendees.
Our current Covid protocol is that anyone attending an event can email us at Info@monstermonster.shop to let us know they prefer that people wear masks and/or we check vaccination records up to 72 hours before the event begins. Your request is anonymous to all the other participants.
Attendees will receive an email before the class to let them know If we will require masks be worn.

Kayla Ann is a Seattle based artist known for spreading joy through print design, murals, and craft education. Her work is immersed in the magic of the natural world. She weaves her nordic heritage and love of vintage textiles into original designs that speak to nature lovers and nostalgic dreamers alike. Kayla has been leading nordic craft classes for over eight years and is passionate about the preservation and modern application of heritage techniques.
